Avoid getting chemicals on surrounding materials. Avoid using harsh cleaning additives, such as ammonia, as this may cause black spots to appear. Dust off leather regularly. Avoid saturating with water or cleaning with soaps and other cleaning products. If necessary, clean with a lightly dampened cloth, followed with a dry cloth.
