Description
A classic, mid-century look, the Bergen Torchiere is a modern lamp that creates warm, room-filling light. Black and antique brass metals are mixed to create a style that can fit into many settings. At a 71” total height, the Bergen Torchiere is perfect for next to the sofa or the corner of a bedroom. A frosted glass shade adds elegance to the look. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two criss-crossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescant bulbs or equivalent CFL's, which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere using a 150 Watt 3-way bulb and illuminates an entire room. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the pole to adjust the brightness. Bulbs are not included. The three-way switch adjusts the light from low setting, high setting to off position.
