Originally crafted from red oak, bendable Italian poplar, polished brass & blow molded acrylic, The Melmar Chairside Arc floor lamp has been reissued from the Nova vault. Originally designed by Viennese designer, Peter Morelli in 1962, this reissue includes all the mid-century style while boasting modern updates for today's discerning tastes. Adorned with a rich dark brown wood and weathered brass finish, complementing its iconic bent wood styling, the Melmar radiates an aura of refined elegance. The tapered Lucite shade mimics the original design while skillfully shading the bulb, casting a warm and inviting glow that enchants any space. The sturdy base ensures that once positioned, the lamp stays in place. Melmar is equipped with a dimmer switch and provides just the right light to read by or enjoy a warm glow.
